At the moment they’re at 4.30pm every Tuesday, NZ time. We find this works well for our members and they have it as a recurring time in their calendar. More times are being added as the group grows.

That’s no problem at all! Simply come when you can. It is important to note however, that showing up is important for your own accountability.

Monthly business planning sessions are held on the last Friday of each month over Zoom, at 8.30am NZ time. The quarterly planning sessions take place at this time at the end of March, June, and September. The December monthly/quarterly planning session varies depending on when the statutory holidays occur.

Every quarter, Lani holds a lunch for members, in Auckland. These are purely social and you won’t get any less value from the group if you’re unable to make these events. Members from outside Auckland have come to them in the past, though!

You only pay for the group as you go. You can stop monthly payments at any time. Annual payments do not offer any pro-rata refunds but are still eligible for cancellation and refund in the first 30 days.

Meet your management consultant, Lani.
Lani is an experienced management and strategy consultant who spent her twenties as the country manager for one of Australia's largest financial services groups, and now works closely with ambitious businesses and individuals to create a roadmap to their goals and guide them to their vision of success.
Since 2020 she has become recognised for her work supporting New Zealand businesses through the pandemic with her highly pragmatic approach to management consulting, and more recently has spoken out via the media about some of they key issues facing the wellbeing and productivity of our people, including Tall Poppy Syndrome.
She is passionate about what makes people and businesses tick, and is on a mission to shake up the world of consulting in a way that makes high-performance accessible to everyone, so New Zealand can be a better place for everyone.
